Shipping policy

FLOWER DELIVERIES

Our couriers always endeavour to deliver your blooms with the utmost care. When delivering they will knock on the door three times and wait before leaving. In the case that a recipient does not answer the door your flower arrangement will be left in a safe spot, the courier will use their discretion as to the best location to leave it. We will always leave them in a place that is out of street view, out of bad weather  and in a place we’re the recipient is most likely see them when entering the property. 

Saturday deliveries will be left at the front door of the address if recipient is not home, as the store will be closed until Monday morning.

PLEASE NOTE- We do not send delivery confirmation emails for flowers.

We only ship on Mondays. For any special orders or items that are out of stock then we will contact you via email to advise of estimated shipping dates & stock availability etc. 
Please ensure you note the correct and full postal address when completing your order. If the incorrect postal address is supplied, Poppy & Cotton is not responsible to track or replace your order.

Store Pick Up/Collection
Poppy & Cotton offers an option to collect your item in store avoiding any postage charges for those of you who live in or around Port Lincoln. You will be notified once your item has been packed and is ready for you to collect. Please ensure you check the store opening times before collecting.
